The Design Village (TDV), located in Noida, has steadily emerged as a significant force in India’s design education landscape. Founded in the mid-2010s (first batch around 2015) under the vision of designers, architects, and educationists, TDV set out to transform design education—moving from purely theoretical instruction toward experiential, industry-immersive pedagogy. TDV collaborates with O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) to offer UGC-approved degree programs. Starting from the academic year 2025-26, this partnership combines TDV’s creative curriculum with JGU’s institutional infrastructure and interdisciplinary academic environment. One of TDV’s greatest strengths is its transdisciplinary approach. Rather than siloing students early, TDV emphasizes flexibility and cross-learning across domains. Specializations include Fashion & Textile Design, Communication & Interaction Design, Product & Industrial Design, Space & Interior Design, and Transdisciplinary Design. For B.Des Programs:
